The Hottest Day of the Year
Is my birthday. So I am taking the day off from work and taking my cat to the vet. Then in the afternoon I'm going out with VLC for a late lunch, then MR is making me my favorite dinner, CR-pizza.
I definitely feel better at 32 than I did at 22. This stuff works.

Happy Birthday! Here's to many more in the future! I'm looking forward to my next birthday, actually. I've given myself a goal to get it together and be fabulous before my 36th birthday, which is November 14th. So far, so good.

Happy Birthday April! I remember that day in 1974 well. It was hot then too, but not this hot. Nixon was on the verge of resigning. You were 5 lbs. 2 oz. You have been a wonderful blessing from that day to this.

Happy Birthday! My son's birthday also is August 2. So today I got to eat the chocolate rasberry torte we get at nearby Andre's Confiserie Suisse, but still managed to stay within CR for the day.
