Eat Almonds For Vitamin E
I just found this page here.
Neato mosquito!
I knew I was onto something with those almonds...

What a coincidence! Less than an hour ago I was munching on a package of sunflower seeds and was struck by the high amount of Vitamin E it contained (120% based on 2000 cal/day diet.) This excites me because my diet is generally lower in Vitamin E than it should be. I usually prefer almonds, but the unsalted kind are hard to come by in a convenience store. Thanks for the link!

April,
I've been reading your diary for a few months(have also read some of the archives) and noticed that you are very anti-soy because of the soy-dementia link. This concerned me because I eat a good deal of soy (I like the Okinawa diet, and figure if they're the longest/healthiest lived human folks around I want to emulate them in as many ways as possible), so I decided to do some research and found this interesting, info-packed article: http://www.healthyat100.org/display.asp?catid=3&pageid=12
I include it here just to encourage a bit of healthy debate on the subject.
