See what devastating effects the Standard American Diet has? It slows down the responses of otherwise rational (probably) people to the point that it takes them almost a year to come up with even an incoherent, fallacious argument.

Don't even bite, April. It's not worth your precious time - and Robin has done a sterling job in a comment already! Until someone has actually done CR properly (and not just eating tiny portions and feeling deprived because of that - heavens, I eat more on CR than I have done at any point in my adult life!) they are not going to understand it, and it's not even worth defending it to the closed mind.
