Another Random Troll
It never ceases to amaze me. There are quite a few people who feel moved to write nasty comments on my blog. This one just came in, on the old post "Is A Tomato A Fruit Or A Vegetable?"
Sad soul? Get a nice steak a couple of pints of 'real ale' and get a life.
This on a fairly innocuous entry describing a few days in which I had gone out to various lectures and parties with friends. Apparently that doesn't count as having a life. But a nice steak... that qualifies one for entry into the human race.
Why are people so f*&%ed up?

Don't feed trolls. Don't reply to them, post about them, mention them, nothing. All they want is a reaction - of any kind.
Just starting to read about CR and Aubrey de Grey's work at the Methuselah foundation - I love the science and will probably head into the molecular genetics of aging as my research, but your blog puts a much more human aspect on the whole thing which is very encouraging. Thanks a bunch!

because they're also willing to believe that eating watermelon will give them boners just because scientist making dick jokes = liberty to believe absurdity. denial ain't just a river in egypt.
