Mommy's Birthday Lunch
My mommy turns 64 tomorrow! So I am taking my first Saturday off since the first weekend in February and taking her to Longwood Gardens. Pick the healthiest lunch you can find from the menu
I am trapped on a day long arbitration conference call.

Lucky Marti! I think the Seared Tuna dish, together with the Bibb Lettuce Salad, would make a very yummy and healthy birthday lunch. JD :-)

Longwood was so crowded that we ended up at the American Bistro and Grill or Grill and Bistro. I'll see if I can find the menu. It was a good party.

Happy birthday, April's Mom!
April, I know you probably have this posted somewhere, but, please, would you mind, once and for all, describing your technique, step-by-step, for microwaving an eggplant in preparation for stuffing? I just can't seem to get it right. Also, I assume you eat the eggplant shell, too, along with the stuffing--is that correct?
Thanks in advance!

We're going to try for Longwood again on May 8th, a Friday.
